工作内容： 1. 主导品牌VI系统升级（Logo延展、主视觉规范、IP形象设计） 2. 制定多场景应用模板（PPT/海报/包装/门店陈列的视觉标准化） 3. 按渠道特性输出定制化视觉内容： 公众号：长图信息可视化、头图Banner、GIF动效 小红书：高颜值产品拼图、对比测评图表、UGC内容模板 抖音：短视频封面模板、直播背景与道具设计 支持广告素材制作（信息流图片、视频广告分镜脚本、落地页设计） 设计用户增长工具（裂变海报、H5小游戏、电子会员卡样式） 4. 管理品牌素材库（图片/字体/插画/视频素材云端归档与权限分配） 5.协助平台运营上下架，并追踪设计素材与业务指标关联性（如banner点击率对GMV贡献率）。 岗位要求： 1.视觉设计、平面设计、艺术设计、广告学等相关专业本科及以上学历，有文旅行业（酒店、旅行社等）设计经验者优先； 2.具备扎实的视觉设计能力，能够独立完成高质量的设计作品，熟悉品牌设计规范，能够制定并执行视觉设计标准； 3.具备敏锐的市场洞察力和创意思维，能够提出创新的设计方案，具有优秀的审美能力，能够把握时尚与行业趋势； 4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与内外部团队高效合作； 5.能够承受较大的工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。

The incumbent in the position is responsible for the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services. Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works are in line with brand standard and are completed on time.
