Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Responsible for the development and maintenance of clients in the catering department.
负责餐饮部客户的开发与维护。
2.Fully responsible for the sales promotion and reservation of the catering department。
全面负责餐饮部销售推销、预订工作。
3.Regularly track potential clients, submit sales progress reports regularly, and achieve sales targets.
对潜在客户进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告,完成销售目标。
4.Communicate and coordinate with the restaurant manager and head chef to jointly agree on the menu and price of catering sales promotion.
与餐厅经理和厨师长沟通协调,共同议定餐饮销售推广的菜单及价格。
5.Implement the assessment indicators and performance requirements issued by the department revenue target.
根据部门下发的考核指标及绩效要求,落实营收目标。
6.Respond to customer requirements, accept customer complaints, and solve problems for customers
响应客户要求,接受客户投诉,为客户解决问题;
7.Communicate, coordinate and cooperate closely with other departments.
与酒店各部门沟通、协调、密切配合。
Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1.Have work experience in the same position, especially in the sales of
box banquets, and be able to carry out catering marketing work in combination with the characteristics of the industry.
具备同岗位工作经验,特别是包厢宴会的销售,可以结合行业特点开展餐饮市场营销工作。
2.Have a certain customer resource.
有一定的客户资源。
3.Strong self-management ability, judgment and decision-making ability Interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills.
具有较强的自我管理能力、判断和決策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
