Provide support for hotel operations and local business operations, assist in coordinating internal and external connections related to government issues and strategies, seek and utilize local social resources, enhance the hotel's reputation while reducing subjective and objective risks, and achieve sustainable development.
职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.协助总经理,积极开展对外合作和政府关系维护,建立并维护与外部合作伙伴及政府的发展动态。
Partner with GM for external engagement and government relations forward, establish and maintain a dynamic mapping of external stakeholders, governments.
2.制定战略关系和机会,以填补差距,实现目标,提高声誉。
Formulate strategic relationships and opportunities to fill gaps, enabling achievement of goals and advancing reputation.
3.就公共事务相关问题,及时向团队提供适当的建议和解决方案。
Provide in time and appropriate suggestions, solutions to team regarding PA relevant issues.
4.与总经理和管理层协作,为与政府建立密切关系制定愿景和战略,制定年度工作计划,包括 详细的活动,并设定可衡量的目标。
Collaborate with GM & leadership to set a vision and strategy for government engagement, build annual workplans with detail activities and set measurable goals.
5.从眼前和长远利益出发,通过围绕旅游业、税收、奖金、可持续性和宣传等方面的法律法规, 监督有利于酒店的合规性工作。
From the perspective of both immediate and long-term interests, supervise the compliance work of hotels through laws and regulations surrounding tourism, taxation, bonuses, sustainability and publicity, etc.
6.确保酒店的运营符合当地法律法规及具备所要求的证照,包含经营许可证、工作许可等。
Ensure that the hotel's operation complies with local laws and regulations and possesses the required licenses and certificates, including business licenses, work permits, etc.
7.协助相关部门进行有关部门的检查,包含健康、旅游、入境、劳动、卫生等方面,在解决地 方差异矛盾方面发挥关键作用。
Support related department in case of inspections from authorities. (Health, Tourism, Immigration, Labour, Hygiene), play the key role in settling local discrepancies.
8.通过业主方资源,与业主代表一同拜访地方政府和官员,寻求关键支持。
Leverage owner side resources, together with owner representative to visit local authorities and officials seeking supports on key issues.
9.与业主公司或外部合作伙伴协同进行活动或VIP接待等。
Collaborate with the owner company or external partners to carry out activities or VIP receptions, etc.
10.完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.具备综合事务相关岗位工作经验。
Have relevant work experience in public affairs handling and comprehensive management; the requirement may be appropriately relaxed for outstanding candidates.
2.熟悉当地相关职能部门的办事流程,并具有良好的处事能力。
Be familiar with the working procedures of relevant local functional departments, and have good problem-solving capabilities.
3.具备良好的沟通协调、问题解决及公文写作能力,熟悉相关法律法规。
Good communication and coordination, negotiation, problem-solving and official document writing skills, familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
4.熟悉酒店行业公共安全及卫生要求。
Familiar with the public safety and healthrequirements of the hotel industry.
5.较强的团队协作和解决问题的能力。
Strong teamwork and problem solving skills.
6.较强的语言和沟通能力。
Strong language and communication skills.
7.熟练的英文书面及口头表达能力者优先。
Good command of written and oral English ispreferred.
