Job Overview:
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the luxury market positioning and driving business growth through multi-channel communication strategies to expand the market share of individual travelers to the average market level and increase the brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share for our luxury hotel.

1.品牌管理:监督品牌标识、视觉设计和传播内容的质量,确保符合高端市场标准。
2.市场传媒策略:通过数据分析和市场调研,制定并执行年度市场传媒计划和线上营销策略,包括数字营销、社交媒体广告、公关活动等。
3.媒体关系与公关:建立并维护与主流媒体的关系,策划并执行高端市场活动,提升酒店在高端市场的曝光率和美誉度。
4.社交媒体:监督社交媒体内容创作,确保与品牌调性一致并吸引目标客户群体。
5.团队管理与协作:领导并激励市场传媒团队,与其他部门紧密合作,确保市场传媒策略与整体业务目标一致。
Key Responsibilities:
1.Brand Management: Oversee the quality of brand identity, visualdesign, and communication content to meet luxury market standards.
2.Marketing Communications Strategy: Optimize communication strategiesthrough data analysis and market research and execute annual marketingcommunication plans, including digital marketing, social media, PR campaigns.
3.Media Relations & PR: Build and maintain relationships withmainstream media, Plan and execute PR activities to increase the visibility andreputation of our hotel in the luxury market.
4.Social Media: Supervise social media content creation to ensurealignment with brand tone and appeal to target audiences.
5.Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and motivate the marketingcommunications team and collaborate closely with other departments to alignmarketing communication strategies with overall business objectives.

1.教育背景:本科及以上学历。
2.工作经验:三年以上同岗位工作经验,有国际品牌同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role is required.
