【岗位职责】（店长） 1.协助总经理对所属酒店项目进行全面管理，主要包括但不仅限于经营管理、运营管理、合同管理、质量管理、进度管理、成本管理、安全管理和信息管理。 2.负责主持并召开相关例会 3.负责量化工作目标，并制定工作项目的推进方案和策略。 4.完善各项规章制度，确保各项经营活动符合国家、当地政府及相关主管部门的要求。 5.负责分析经营情况和财务状态，合理配置和协调酒店的各种资源。 6.协助检查酒店业务、设备维护、安全生产等工作。 7.参与酒店公司重要工作人员的聘用。 8.负责审定公关宣传和营销方针 9.负责建立与社会公众良好的公共关系，广泛收集宾客意见，处理投诉。 10.参与酒店公司接待重要贵宾。 11.上级交代的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1.本科及以上学历; 2.具有良好的战略规划、统筹分析力气,良好的沟通协调、管理和团队建设力气事业心强 3.生疏星级酒店经营和管理业务,熟知酒店日常运行标准与服务规范; 4.具有酒店运营管理工作阅历,具有两种以上酒店类型管理阅历优先; 5.具有星级酒店宾馆项目的前期筹备及后期运营管理阅历优先。 6.身体健康，精力充沛。
