Overall responsibility for hotel meetings, exhibitions and other sales work. 2. Develop the marketing plan for conference sales, and improve the working procedures and standards of the conference sales department, formulate the rules and regulations of the conference sales department and direct the implementation. 3. Establish and improve the banquet diary, customer contract archive, banquet orders and forecast forms of the archive records, making it an effective working procedure and management means. Required Skills: 1. With hotel conference sales job experience, can combine the characteristics of the industry to carry out the overall marketing work, have a certain customer accumulation, team spirit. 2. Have extensive experience in the organization and implementation of large-scale conferences. 3. Strong management, judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and implementation skills. 4.
