Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel. 确保具有营销员的态度并在酒店内随时发现销售的机会。

Ensures the Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments. 确保领班/副理始终意识到任何相关的反馈即可以从客人中来也可以从其他部门中来。
Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping Department. 遵守酒店有关客房部的政策及程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.遵守房务部定立的系统及程序。
Performs routine duties in the cleaning public areas, ensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt brand standards. 履行清洁及服务公共区的日常职责,确保公共区的清洁达到凯悦品牌的标准。
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces.清洁并擦亮灯具及大理石面。
Cleans rooms, hallways, Lobby, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.清洁客房、走道、大堂、酒廊、卫生间、电梯、楼梯、更衣室及其它工作区域。
Scrubs outside pavement areas.清洁酒店外部道路。
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.打扫、擦洗、上蜡及抛光地面。
Cleans and shampoos rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.清洁地毯、布艺家具及窗帘。
Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.为家具及设施打尘;擦亮金属制品。
Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.清洗墙壁、顶板及木制装饰;清洗窗户、门板及门/窗框。
Empties and cleans wastebaskets and ashtrays.倒空垃圾桶及清洁烟灰缸。
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.将垃圾运到垃圾处理区域。
Replenishes bathroom supplies. 补充卫生间用品。
Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of public areas.履行清洁及服务公共区的日常职责。
Maintains cleanliness of back office areas.保持后场办公区的整洁。
Reports missing and damaged hotel property.报告所有遗失及损坏的酒店财产。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” procedure.根据酒店“失物招领”制度,报告并上交所有失物招领事项。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storage rooms.保持所有供应品、设备及储藏室的整洁。
Responds and reports promptly to all guest inquiries and/ or requests.迅速回应并报告客人的需求。
Cleans and maintains all Lobby, restrooms and corridors and offices.保持所有大堂、卫生间、走廊及办公室的清洁。
Vacuums carpets & empties ashtrays and urns.为地毯吸尘并倒空烟灰缸及金属容器。
Cleans mirrors and windows.清洁镜面及窗户。
Moves furniture, fixtures and equipment when needed.需要时搬动家具、固定装置及设备。
Waters and maintains all plants inside and outside the Hotel.为酒店内外的植物浇水及养护。
