Key Accountabilities:Responsible for the loyalty programs’ design, development and operation for luxury hotel brands in Greater China, with accountability to deliver loyalty value for our luxury hotel brands. The role directly impacts the quality of the program through strong understanding of relationships with the luxury travelers/consumers in the market, and it involves liaising with the hotel operations, marketing functions and operations stakeholders in corporate offices including global and regional offices.Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Luxury, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience:DOR with Luxury brands is highly preferred. 5 + years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes and in multiple geographies related to the position including loyalty programs, luxury product/service marketing, digital marketing, luxury hotel Sales & Marketing or Operations. Technical Skills and Knowledge:Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and writing skillsWork/Project Management – Goals/Targets & Objectives setting, ability to manage multiple tasks, briefing, partnership driven, project/budget management, meeting deadline and forward thinking.Communication skills – Strong presentation and negotiation skillsTechnical – ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, understanding of markets, affinity with technology general business management systems.
