Responsible for the team member accommodation cleaning as well as the day-to-day operations.

1.Recept all the team members who check in shift dormitory upon the Dormitory Request Form with approval from DHs or authorized managers.员工凭借部门经理或其他授权的经理的签字许可的住宿单,入住宿舍,宿舍管理员安排住宿事宜。
2.Be responsible of assigning the beds upon team member checking in.当员工入住倒班宿舍时,负责分派床位。3.Make daily registration record and check the team members’ request form.每天登记住宿人员名单,检查住宿申请单是否合格。4.Collect the bed sheets, quilts and pillows’ cover after using once in shift dormitories, and then deliver to Laundry for cleaning.整理员工使用过的床单、被罩及枕套等,然后运到洗衣房清洗。5.Insure the shift dormitory in order, clean and tidy, as well as keep quiet and comfortable atmosphere.确保宿舍内干净整洁,有序,保持安静,为员工提供舒适的休息环境。6.Clean the washrooms special for dormitory, and apply for items needed.清扫倒班宿舍的卫生间。
7.Maintains effective communication with live-in team members, offer the assistance in time according to needs.能与入住员工公寓的员工保持良好有效的沟通,及时解决员工需求。8.Assist to complete the task assigned by direct supervisor, and collect any advice concerning shift dormitory to report.协助完成主管指派的任务,以及将员工的意见报告上级。9.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。10.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.如有必要 ,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
