工作职责:
·To provide supervision and guidance and on the job
training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is
properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality.
Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request)
for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness.
管理和指导在岗培训,检查工作程序以便保证工作按时和保质保量的完成。经常回顾和检查已经完成的工作(预防性维护和维修)及时发现不足,以便跟进落实和完成。
·Interacts in a positive way with other departments to
ensure a perfect guest experience.
与其它部门进行有效地互相配合以确保客人的绝佳体验。
·Ensure all talents within the department work in a manner which is
safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others
确保所有人才都在部门内以安全的方式操作,避免不安全的或者不适合的冒险的行为造成自己或者其他工作人员的损伤或不便。
·Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following
Accor Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize
our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.
