DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
· Attend to all telephone, fax, email inquiries in a timely manner

· Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conferencecalls

· Share the news or information which will impact business to sales team

· Assist with direct mail campaigns

· Manage and maintain hotel database, e-blast to relevant people accordingthe database

· Manage and maintain hotel social media, online editor
管理和维护酒店所有社交媒体,线上发布、制作小编
·Manage the selling channel of group on ZKT
管理团购的销售渠道直客通
·Monitor guest feedback from IHG official website, C-trip, E-long, Trip advisor.Etc. and draft response
监控来自酒店官网、携程、艺龙、道道等11监测网站客评并撰写回复
·Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
维护档案系统(手写版及电子版)
·Attend key meetings
出席重要的会议
·Represent the Hotel at cocktail parties/dinners where appropriate

·Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases whereappropriate

Required 要求
· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and thirdparties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

·Good writing skills

· Diploma in Sales & Marketing, HotelManagement, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
具有市场营销,酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的大专学历。
· 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
1年以上相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
