Job Description:
The Hotel Human Resources Manager is fully responsible for the hotel's HR management, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives, providing efficient employee support, and building a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:
### **1. Strategic HR Planning**
- Develop HR plans based on the hotel’s strategic goals.
- Optimize organizational structure and workforce allocation to meet operational needs.
### **2. Recruitment & Staffing**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Maintain a talent pool for critical roles to ensure quick vacancy filling.
### **3. Training & Development**
- Design annual training programs (orientation, skills enhancement, leadership training).
- Evaluate training effectiveness and support career growth.
### **4. Performance Management**
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Assist department heads in performance improvement and decision-making (promotions, salary adjustments).
### **5. Compensation & Benefits**
- Develop competitive salary structures.
- Manage payroll, social insurance, housing, meal allowances, and other benefits.
### **6. Employee Relations & Culture**
- Establish communication channels to address employee concerns.
- Handle grievances and organize team-building activities to foster engagement.
### **7. Labor Compliance**
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
- Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel records.
### **8. HR Cost Control**
- Optimize staffing models and analyze HR metrics for cost efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Hotel Management or related field.
- 3+ years of hotel HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: English -Fluent
