工作职责：1、协助采购部经理确保收到的采购申请单有人负责跟进，并留意送抵的货品是否符合酒店要求。2、如发生不能按时交货，应通报采购部经理，引起他的注意，以便他采取必要的措施敦促尽快到货。3、 将完成和未完成订单分别归档保存。4、及时更新采购记录，建立良好的档案管理系统，以便查找和追踪。5、建立和保持与财务部及其他部门间的文件传递程序。6、根据市场调查价格，协助采购经理准备采购月报表，比较分析同期供货商报价和酒店实际支付的采购价。7、按照酒店政策规定参加由成本控制总监组织，有行政总厨，成本控制总监，餐饮经理或其助手参与的市场调查。8、处理部门采购需求。9、管理酒店的印刷店以确保及时的提供印刷服务。10、上级领导指派的其他工作。任职资格：1、年龄20－35岁。2、大专以上学历，财务或经济类专业优先;3、有酒店采购经验者、熟悉相关产品的采购流程者优先；4、有耐心、能吃苦、人品好、态度积极；5、熟悉电脑MS OFFICE操作，有驾驶执照。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 【岗位职责】 1、负责存货、物品的核算工作。（熟练掌握计算机应用） 2、认真审核仓管组传递而来的入库单、直拨单、出库单等单据，检查手续是否齐全、书写是否规范、金额计算有无错误，并与仓管组录入财务软件的“存货核算”模块的记录进行核对。 3、组织并参与每月的库存盘点工作，对盘点情况进行分析报告，监督库存管理，协助做好节支降耗的工作；避免出现库存量过大，占用资金或产生霉变等情况发生。 4、向有关会计报送进出库报表等，保证帐帐相符、帐实相符。 5、负责培训和指导仓管员的财务知识与账务处理。 6、参与经营物资的采价。 【岗位要求】 1、认同金源理念，坚持原则、廉洁奉公。 2、熟悉国家财经法律、法规、方针、政策和制度，掌握物业出租等方面的有关知识。 3、具有正确地进行会计财务处理、能用电脑操作和调用各项数据的进行管理报表设计的能力。 4、身体健康，能胜任本职工作。
