3、具有很强的学习能力,分析和解释复杂的活动和/或信息,以提高新的实践和发展的新方法
4、必须有能力了解,影响酒店业的全球市场
5、必须有强大的决策能力。
6、较强的口头和书面沟通能力
7、能力的培养和发展团队成员。

The mission of Director of Sales is to promote and sell the hotel with a primary focus to all corporate companies. This position is accountable for managing the total corporate sales effort within a hotel to achieve the highest occupancy, Average Room Rate and meet budged targets.
1、Minimum of 5 years Sales management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
2、A strong understanding of overall hotel business in Corp field.
3、Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new、practices or develop new approaches.
4、Must have the ability to understand global markets that affect the business of the hotel
5、Must have strong decision making skills.
6、Strong oral and written communication skills.
7、Ability to train and develop team members.
8、Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
