Key Responsibilities
主要职责
To manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel.
按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动,完成并超越酒店的预算和销售战略目标。
Responsible for sales network layout, channel development, customer management, order management in the Japanese market, and regular visits and reviews of managed customers.
负责日本市场销售网络布局、渠道开拓、客户管理、订单管理,对管理的客户进行定期拜访和回顾。
Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。
Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
Required Skills
技能要求
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and Japanese, experience of working abroad or studying abroad is preferred.
大学本科及以上学历,英语、日语流利,有驻外工作或留学经验者优先。
Experience in developing and managing customers, independent brand development and channel planning in overseas markets.
具备开发和管理客户的经验,海外市场自主品牌拓展和渠道规划经验。
Familiar with the market of Japanese companies and have some knowledge related to the marketing and sales of Japanese companies.
熟悉日企市场,对日企市场销售相关知识有一定了解。
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力 。
