Administrations

1. Reception and response: encompassing inquiries from guests, not limited tophone calls, emails, in-store or external communication channels.接听及反馈:不限于电话/邮件/店内或新媒体外部客人询问。
2. Assisting in the preparation, submission, initiation of both internaland external documents pertaining to departmental matters.
协助负责部门的内外部文件准备、请示、立项、验收等流程。
3. Up-keeps departmental filing and tracing system forall related information and documents.
更新存档部门所有相关信息及文件。
4. Maintains the office tidiness and ensuringsufficient office supply and equipment maintenance.
保持办公室的清洁、整齐,同时确保充足的办公文具及设施设备的正常使用。
5. Assistin updating the content of the official social media accounts and Zhiketong platformfor administrative apartments.
协助行政公寓官方自媒体账号、直客通平台内容更新。
Coordinating
协调工作
1. Coordinationand support for the head of marketing communications or designated manager, inorder to comprehend monthly and annual market objectives of the department.对市场传讯负责人或指定经理进行协调支持,了解部门月度及年度市场目标。
2. Understanding the executive apartmentbrand and products and identifying potential target audience.
了解行政公寓品牌及产品,潜在目标人群。
3. Providing support for both pre andpost-market activities, as well as on-site execution coordination.
支持市场活动前后期任务跟进,以及现场执行等配合工作
4. Possessing adequate writing abilities tocraft press releases and possess basic Chinese-Englishtranslation skills.
有一定的文字撰写能力,可独立撰写新闻稿,可具备基础中英翻译能力。
5. Actively completing assigned tasks withinthe given time frame and maintaining effective communication with the team.可在时效内根据任务节点,主动完成分配的工作,并与团队保持高效沟通
6. Taking proactive measures to handle mediarequests received and provide support to other departments regarding marketingcommunication.独立主动处理收到的媒体要求,或其他部门关于市场传讯的支持。
7. Supporting the designated manager inensuring updated information and data are entered into the system.支持指定经理确保更新信息及数据在系统内录入。
8. Candidateswith a foundation in aesthetics, including basic skills in image editing, videofilming, and editing, will be given preference. 具有审美基础,如具备图片编辑、视频拍摄和剪辑基础的候选人给予优先考虑
9. Additionally,candidates with prior experience in the luxury hotel brand's marketingcommunication department will be given priority consideration.有奢华酒店品牌市场传讯部经验的候选人给予优先考虑

NON-ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS其它职责:
1. Maintains the highest standards of professionalismand compliance of established guidelines and standards related to the residences.
在公寓客人,同事,员工及雇员沟通时保持高标准的专业性、道德准则及态度。
2. Attends training programs as set by the residencesand departments.
参加公寓及部门设置的培训计划。
3. Fully complies with the dress code and groomingstandards and business etiquettes as required by the residences.
完全遵守公寓要求及商务着装的仪容仪表标准要求。
4. To be aware of the residences hygiene, food andfire safety control and security standards and procedures in handlingcomplaints or emergency situation.
处理投诉及紧急情况时,了解公寓卫生,食品,消防及生命安全标准和程序。
5. Be familiar with and comply the residence’senvironment management system .
熟悉了解公寓的管理系统。
