About the role:
The Assistant All Day Dining Manager supports overall daily operations, team leadership and quality management of the all-day dining outlet. This role oversees staff training, performance evaluation and daily scheduling to uphold Four Seasons service and operational standards. It ensures consistent F&B quality and professional beverage service, manages operational costs and inventory, handles guest feedback and special requests, coordinates cross-departmental collaboration, and monitors facility conditions to deliver exceptional, high-standard dining experiences for all guests.
What you will do:
• Manage the ADD team recruitment, daily training, performance evaluation and on-site supervision, standardize outlet service behaviors, and maintain consistent brand service and operational standards.
• Oversee daily dining operations, provide on-site service support, proactively handle guest inquiries, complaints and personalized requests, and build positive guest relations.
• Ensure consistent food quality, standard preparation procedures and high-standard beverage service with professional wine and spirits knowledge to deliver refined dining experiences.
• Optimize staff scheduling, budget planning, inventory and cash management to effectively control labor costs and daily operational expenses.
• Attend regular operational meetings, maintain smooth cross-department collaboration, inspect outlet facilities and equipment regularly, and propose improvement suggestions to ensure stable operation.
What you bring:
• College degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related majors, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in All Day Dining outlets at luxury hotels.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing for daily operational and guest communication.
