    职位描述 汇总每周渠道收益报告和其它支持文件,包括不仅限于大众点评美团,直客通。 监督竟对酒店及市场动态分析趋势和机会以增加酒店在线生意潜力。 在第三方渠道拓展酒店产品如客房,餐饮和婚宴新的线上生意机会。 开发和实行数字营销策略与酒店线上生意总体目标一致。 开拓多渠道宣传途径,例如小红书、抖音等 开发,实施和监督酒店社交媒体平台上的策略活动来驱动业务,和市场传讯总监/市场传讯经理/社交媒体第三方一起拓展广告信息。 和酒店所有部门建立良好的正面的工作合作关系,确保酒店所有部门能够理解数字营销的理念。 协助市场传媒总监执行市场推广策略来增长收益来源(包括客房, 餐饮,宴会和婚宴、会议与活动),本地知名度(酒店品牌在本地市场的声誉及知晓度)及维持良好关系(企业客户、酒店客人、商业伙伴、本地社区、政府和供应商) 维护正面沟通,与企业指定搜索营销机构和外部线上合作伙伴建立非常紧密良好的关系。 确保及时跟进并争取媒体和酒店的战略伙伴关系,从而推动宾客满意度达到目标。 职位要求: 专科以上文化程度;3年以上同岗位工作经验。 较强的观察和应变能力,优秀的人际交往和协调能力,较强的社会活动能力。 了解电子商务,大众传播,平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力。 能够熟练运用各类视频剪辑软件。 个性积极主动,工作认真负责。
