【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常安全管理工作，包括但不限于巡逻检查、监控系统管理、消防安全检查等，确保酒店财产和客人安全。 2、制定并执行安保工作计划和应急预案，定期组织安全演练，提高团队应急处理能力。 3、监督团队日常工作表现，确保团队成员遵守酒店规章制度和操作流程。 4、处理突发事件和客人投诉，及时上报重大安全事件并配合相关部门调查。 5、与当地公安、消防等部门保持良好沟通，确保酒店符合相关法律法规要求。 6、定期检查安保设备（如监控、消防器材等）的运行状态，确保其正常使用。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的责任心和职业道德，能够承受工作压力，适应轮班制工作。 2、良好的沟通协调能力，能够妥善处理突发事件和客人关系。 3、熟悉酒店安保工作流程及相关法律法规，有相关经验者优先。 4、具备基本的消防知识和应急处理能力，持有消防或安保相关证书者优先。

工作内容： 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻； 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车； 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全； 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放； 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告； 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报； 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告； 8、 严格管控外来人员，维修或维保人员必须相关部门人员带领方可进入，并做好来访登记工作； 9、负责所有物品外出出门单核验检查工作； 10、负责酒店员工下班携带物品查验工作； 11、发现任何消防及安全问题及时处理并上报； 12、完成上级或甲方安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、年龄不超过38周岁，初中以上学历或具有同等学历。 2、身高175cm以上，五官端正、身体健康； 3、有保安相关工作及退伍军人、形象好优先考虑； 4、持有普通保安员证优先（上岗证、保安员证）.

【岗位职责】 1、严守工作岗位，认真观察各种设备的运转情况以及协助部门经理维持秩序。 2、一旦出现报警，立即与消防员或领班联系，迅速查清报警原因并做好记录。 3、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 4、爱护仪器设备，发现小故障立即排除，如出现较大故障，立即请工程部技术员进行修复。 5、熟悉酒店的火灾报警程序。 6、分清和掌握消防监控板上的区域及代表的区域范围。 7、每班认真填写“消防监控系统运行情况记录。 【岗位要求】 1、高中及以上文化水平，受过专业培训。 2、了解消控中心的设施设备，有消控证，身体健康，反应灵敏。 3、具有一定的酒店消防工作经验，有较强的组织纪律性，责任心强。
