PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Daily Management and Training日常管理和训练
·Follow the Health Club operating procedures and provide feedback to the Health Club Supervisor in order to fine tune the standards where applicable.
按照健身中心操作步骤工作,向健身中心主管提供意见反饋,从而适当地微调相关标准。
·Promote and sell all aspects of the Health Club, Health & Wellbeing Memberships, packages and treatments, merchandising and retail branded lines, personal training etc.
全面推销健身中心的产品及服务,健身会籍、健身套餐及护理、推销规划和零售品牌产品系列,私人训练等。
·Ensure all members complete a Pre-activity Questionnaire and Fitness Assessment prior to using the facilities.
确保所有会员在使用设施之前,完成活动前问卷和体能测试。
·Supervise the Health Club in line with the company brand standards. If you are a trained lifeguard, you need to take into account the operation of the swimming pool.
根据品牌标准对健身中心进行监督。如果您是受过训练的救生员,并需兼顾游泳池的操作情况。
Provide fitness assessments, exercise programmes, supervised workouts, wellness sessions and personal training for all members, hotel guests or Health Club guests in accordance with the protocols detailed in the Operations Manual and Fitness Training Manual.
按照操作手册和体能训练手册详列的模式,为所有会员、酒店住客或健身中心客人提供体能测试、指导练习、健身环节和私人训练。
·Complete regular float and motivate sessions to ensure all users are exercising safety with the maximum benefit and provide assistance as required.
定期完成实践和激励环节,确保所有使用者行使安全措施,给对方带来最大好处,并在需要时提供协助。
·Ensure all fitness bookings are entered in to the Software system and controlled via the Spa Reception.
确保把所有健身预订输入软件系统,并通过接待处控制。
· Apply upselling techniques to achieve personal training target. These figures are agreed by the Health Club Supervisor.
应用一切换售促销技能达到私人训练销售目标。有关的节数目标由健身中心主管议定。
·Monitor low usage members and contact them in line.
监察您的低用量会员情况,并与对方联系跟进。
·Attend on-going training in order to deliver consistently high standards of fitness assessment, exercise prescription and brand standards with each session entered on your training record.
不断接受训练,务求贯彻体能测试、锻炼指导及训练记录上所列的每项技能。
· Have a good understanding of the membership types/benefits.
充分理解各项会籍类别/礼遇。
·Be fully aware of the daily fitness booking schedule and liaise with the Spa Concierge team throughout the day.
全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表,与水疗中心礼宾部保持一整天的商讨跟进。
·Ensure that take break at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception.
确保按照水疗中心接待处安排的时间休息。
·Handle any chemicals in accordance with the Hotel safety standards and manufacturers guidelines.
按照酒店安全标准和制造商指示处理任何化学品。
·Collect all used towels/linen and re-stock with clean.
收集所有用过的毛巾/布单,并重新添上洁净的毛巾/布单备用。
·Enforce the guest registration policy to ensure all members, hotel guests or Health Club guests using the fitness and wet facilities have signed in upon arrival.
实行客人登记政策,确保所有使用健身和湿区设施的会员、酒店住客或健身中心客人抵达后先行登记。
·Commence your bookings at the specified time reserved in the system.
按照在系统预订的时间开展指定的服务。
·Ensure all guest service brand standards, guest greeting/farewell, use of guest name, towels, water etc. are used in order to achieve the highest level of service.
确保执行所有疗程品牌标准,包括客人称呼、客人舒适度和休息安排等,从而达到最高的服务水平。
Communication沟通
·Maintain clear lines of communication with the Health Club Supervisor and other departments within the Hotel and Spa.
与健身中心主管、酒店与水疗中心其他部门维持清晰的沟通脉络。
·Attend the Spa & Health Club daily briefing as required.
按照需要,出席水疗与健身中心每日晨会。
·Complete a detailed handover at the end of each shift either verbally or via the handover diary.
在每个值班结束时,透过口头或填写工作移交日志,完成详细的工作移交程序。

·Keep up to date with the industry best practices and latest fitness techniques, equipment and services in the market place.

·Report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform and name badge.

·Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in line with the Hotels and department grooming standards.

·Ensure the age policy for the Club facilities are adhered to.

·Carry out opening and closing duties as required and complete all relevant checklists.

·Assist the Engineering department with daily/weekly/monthly pool plant maintenance.

·Ensure all maintenance issues are reported.

·Maintain client and company secrets to ensure that all business dealings or personal details are not discussed with outside parties.

·Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Club is maintained on a day to day basis.

Health and Safety 健康和安全
·Be fully aware of the Hotel Health and Safety policy and Fire Procedures.

·Adhere to health and safety requirements by using safe working practices at all times.

·Perform any duties assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
·University or equivalent professional leisure qualification.
必须具备大学、相等的专业休闲行业资格。
·Professional Qualification in Lifesaving, including CPR and First Aid is desirable.
具备专业救生资格,包括心肺复苏法和急救技能为佳。
Experience 经验
·At least two years working experience in a fitness role.
至少具备两年相关健身工作的经验。
