Support the negotiation of contracts, purchasing of required goods, and record-keeping as it related to transactions and vendor performance. The incumbent will be responsible for the timely procurement of goods and services for the resort, ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.

1.Supervise the purchasing clerk in performing the purchasing function

3.Processes purchase requests from departments

4.Place approved orders

5.Establishes standard purchasing specifications

6.Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly

7.Ensures that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and Accountant
