【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店锅炉运行操作的日常和维修保养工作，严格按照操作规程办事，按时按质按量完成锅炉工作任务。 2、定期检查锅炉设备，定期保养，及时采取措施排除故障，做好记录，并报告主管人员。 3、坚守工作岗位，任何时候不得无人值班，要注意防止锅炉缺水、杜绝超压运行。 4、做到勤检查、勤调节，保持燃烧工况稳定，消灭“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象，认真做好节能工作。 【岗位要求】 1、1年以上相关工作经验，持有特种行业操作证或者锅炉证。 2、了解锅炉安全操作规程劳动保护、消防安全、环境保护等有关知识。 3、能够熟练地进行锅炉操作，熟悉锅炉构造、原理、操作规程，能对锅炉及附属设备进行维护、保养，对一般故障有分析判断和排除能力。 4、身体健康、有强烈的工作责任心，热爱本职工作。

Primary Responsibilities主要职责 1. Daily metering of electricity, steam,hot and cold  water，gas and oil consumption (log book). 记录日常电、蒸汽、冷热水、煤气、油的消耗量(日志)。 2. Recording of chiller logs &relevant checklist, utilities consumption etc. 记录制冷机日志和相关的检查清单，设备的损耗等。 3. Checking periodically and recording offresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (minimum) water level ismaintain at all times. 定期检查并记录水箱水位，随时保持足够的水位。 4. Fill the shoeon time, cannot leave or go to other posts freely. Toe the line of  HVAC Supervisor  and have jobs done on requirements on time 准时到达工作岗位，服从暖通主管以及上级的调度和工作安排，按时、按质、按量地完成工作任务，不能擅自离岗和串岗。 5. Fill out thecomplete track record when on duty. 负责填写当值时完整的值班记录。 6. Be ofcomprehensive skills with a major technique. 具备一专多能的能力。 7. Understand theprocess of the hotel and familiar with the function of engineering department. 了解酒店的运作程序，熟悉本部门的职能。 8. Have a good master of the major equipment with their function,operation process, and security rules. 对本专业所属设备的性能、用途、操作程序、安全规程非常熟悉。 9. Have the facilitiesserviced strictly as per the protective maintenance plan, and keep the trackrecord. 根据预防性维修保养计划，认真完成各种设备的维修保养工作，并做好设备维修、保养的记录。 10. Rush to repair activelywith colleagues, and get rid of the trouble in time. 积极参加各种设备故障的抢修工作，及时排除故障。 11. Keep all the equipment running inorder. Make the machine neat, machine room clean and workshop tidy. 12．To deal with boiler fault inoperation in time对运行中的锅炉故障维修及时处理。 Knowledge and Experience知识与经验 1. Minimum 3 years experience on equipment maintenance, inspection. 具有三年以上酒店专业设备维护、维修经验 2.  Must be qualified for this job with rich experience and high efficiency. 能够胜任本职工作，具有丰富的实际工作经验，工作效率高 3. Able to deal with emergency problems in decoration system with relatedperson 对发生的故障及存在问题，能够迅速准确地做出判断并组织有关人员进行处理 4.Have Boiler certificate 有锅炉证

1、接受运行督导的领导，负责燃料、水质的质量检验和评估。 2、严格按照操作规程，带领锅炉房员工做好水质管理确保锅炉的安全运行。 3、带领锅炉房员工做好锅炉及其附属设备（包括分汽缸的阀门、供水泵水处理设备）的维护保养和年度检修工作。 4、坚守工作岗位，任何时候都不得擅自离开工作岗位，按照规定做好巡视，并做好各种运行参数的记录。 5、做好锅炉房日常维护保养工作，杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏的现象，做到文明生产。 6、不断学习新技术，提高司炉水平，做到勤检查，勤调节，保持锅炉压力稳定，做好节能工作。 7、在运行中锅炉或附属设备出现严重故障，应立即向运行督导汇报，并一起参与故障的排除。 8、每班必须排污1次，但不得在用汽高峰时排污，排污量根据炉水质分析决定。 9、水位表每班至少冲洗1次。 10、禁止闲杂人员进入锅炉房。 11、负责锅炉房的清洁卫生工作。 12、完成上级布置的任务。
