Educate and train all employees in accordance with government requirements and safety regulations. Ensure that employees receive appropriate training and guarantee that they are equipped with all kinds of tools and equipment necessary to complete their work.
按照政府要求和安全法规教育和培训全体员工。确保员工接受适当的培训,保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。
Promote teamwork and improve service quality through daily communication and collaboration with leaders of other departments.
通过与其它部门领导进行日常沟通和协作促进团队协作、提高服务质量。
Supervise the completion of all planned tasks and safety in the jurisdiction area.
督导完成所管辖区域各项计划工作以及安全。
Assist the staff on the guest room floor during peak hours or peak seasons, and help with the major cleaning plan。
在高峰时段或旺季期间协助客房楼层员工工作以及协助大清洁计划工作。
Handle guest complaints and special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Meet the special needs and requirements of guests, VIPs and repeat customers.
处理宾客投诉和特殊要求,让宾客百分百满意;满足宾客、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求。
Maintain appropriate inventory standards and control low-consumption costs and labor costs (such as public area customer and cleaning supplies, etc.).
维持适宜的库存标准,控制低耗成本与人力成本(例如:公区客用及清洁用品等)。
Order various necessary materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner to reduce waste and promote "green" environmental protection (such as: reusing containers, saving cleaning agents, etc.)
及时、高效订购各种所需物资和设备,减少浪费,促进“绿色”环保(如:循环使用容器、节约清洁剂等)。
Be familiar with property safety, first aid, and the procedures for fire and emergency incidents, and operate equipment safely and rationally, etc.
