1.Directs and controls all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational
matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met

2.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that
the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility

3.Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them
in detail to guests.

4.Check reservations for the day, ensuring that the restaurant & team member have tables
ready and large bookings have been confirmed by phone.

5.Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed

Job Specs 职位要求
1.2-3years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel
二至三年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
2.Good local and English language skills.

To assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and the Director of Food and Beverage ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

To plan the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.

1. Responsible for the Chinese restaurant and implementing the work tasks in different periods.
2. Formulated service standards and working rules for Chinese restaurants and ensured their implementation.
3. Assisted the department manager to develop various catering marketing plans and strategies.
4. Supervise the staff to provide customer service according to the standard, evaluate the performance of the staff and implement the reward and punishment system.
5. Handle guest complaints and constantly improve service quality.
6. Do a good job in maintenance of equipment and facilities, strict material management system, and do a good job in safety and fire prevention of the restaurant.
7. Provided suggestions for the kitchen to make special menus according to seasonal differences and customer sources.
