Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
· According to the customer andresponsible for assembling all kinds of cooking menu, zero for cold dish.
· 根据客情和菜单,负责烹制装配各种规格零点所需冷菜。
· Responsible for raw materialreceiving, processing and cooking, dishes produced work on the quality andhygiene for cold dish.
· 负责原料的领取、加工及烹制、装盘出品工作,对冷菜的质量和卫生负责。
· Accept orders in a timelymanner according to the specifications for cutting disc, and accurate paymentto the restaurant.
· 接受订单及时按规格切配装盘,并向餐厅准确发放。
· Properly preserved remainingingredients and seasoning juice, cold dish, do meal after finishing work.
· 妥善保藏剩余的原料、冷菜及调味汁,做好开餐后的收尾工作。
· Regularly check and arrange therefrigerator to ensure the quality of food.
· 定期检查、整理冰箱,保证存放食品的质量。
· Keep personal, work and contractarea clean and tidy, and is responsible for the disinfection of the cold dish.
· 随时保持个人、工作岗位及包干区的卫生整洁,并负责冷菜间的消毒工作。
· Correct maintenance and properuse of equipment, and keep it in good condition.
· 正确维护、合理使用器械设备,并保持完好整洁。
· Complete other tasks assigned bythe chef.
· 完成厨师长交办的其他工作。
· Attends to all briefings
· 参加所有说明会
· Participates in training
· 参加培训活动

· Demonstrated ability to interactwith customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel,the brand and the Company.
· 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
· Food service permit or validhealth/food handler card as required by local government agency.
· 食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或食品上岗证。
· Ability to read and write basicEnglish
· 具有基本的英语读写能力。
