Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Evaluate employee attendance and performance.
·Master the condition of the rooms.
·Inspect the facilities and management of Housekeeping Department, spot check the work quality and efficiency of the department.
·Familiar with the operation of the department, find problems in time to give guidance.
·Monitor guest dynamics, handle general guest complaints, and report to department manager in case of major incidents.
·评估员工考勤、考绩。
·掌握所辖客房的状况。
·检查客房部的设施和管理,抽查本部门工作质量及工作效率。
·熟悉部门的运作情况,发现问题及时进行指导。
·留意宾客动态,处理一般性的宾客投诉,有重大事故时须向部门经理报告。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good communication skills, organization skills and coordination skills.
·Engaged in floor supervisor work for more than 2 years,
·Familiar with professional knowledge of room management and proficient in using computers,
·良好的沟通能力和一定的组织能力及协调能力
·从事楼层主管工作2年以上
·熟悉客房管理专业知识、熟练运用电脑
