【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店工程设备的日常维护、保养及故障排除，确保设备正常运行 2、制定并执行设备巡检计划，及时发现并解决潜在问题 3、监督和管理维修服务，确保维修质量符合标准 4、检查室内外的设施设备确保正常运转并检查工作的进展情况，对错误的情况及时更正 5、处理突发设备故障，快速响应并组织抢修 6、培训并指导工程部员工，提升团队技术水平 7、配合其他部门完成相关工程改造项目 8、完成上级领导分发的任务 9、遵守酒店和公司的政策和程序 【岗位要求】 1、具备酒店工程设备维护相关经验，熟悉暖通、水电、排水等系统 2、掌握基本维修技能，能独立处理常见设备故障 3、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力 4、工作认真负责，能适应轮班工作制 5、持有相关职业资格证书者优先 6、具备良好的安全意识和应急处理能力
