· Assist in establishing standard policies and proceduresfor recruitment.

· Develop and implement recruitment and screening system.

· Develop recruitment channels through talent market, women's Federation and outsiderecruitment fair.

· Develop relationship with schools, set up and maintainlong term cooperation relationship for trainees.

· Recruit foreign management trainee
外国管理实习生的招聘。
· Release and update recruitment information on website.
定期在指定网站发布,更新招聘信息。
· Handle expatriate work permits, residence permits andvisas.
办理外籍人人才作许可证。
· Contacts concerned personnel of the city/ province LaborBureau city/ province Public Security Bureau and other relevant office applyfor the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 daysof their arrival.
联系市/省劳动局市/省公安局和及其它权力机构并在外籍人员到达30天内申请外籍人人才作许可证,居留证和签证。
· Making recruitment related reports, and regularly analyzesrelative data.
制定与招聘相关的统计报表,并定期统计相关数据。
· Check e-mail every day, select CV, inform interview.
每日查看邮件,甄选简历,通知面试。
· Check and update recruitment information on websiteseveryday : VeryEast, Zhaopin, Career.Accor, Ajinga, Linked-in and soon.
每日检查及更新网站招聘信息:最佳东方、智联招聘、雅高集团集团招聘网、菁客及领英等。
· Conduct interview every day. And arrange and appoint GMinterview.
每日进行日常招聘,安排约定总经理面试。
· Cooperate with Part Timer Company.
与计时工公司保持合作。
· Conduct a resignation interview with the departingemployee to record the reason for the departure.
与离职人才进行离职面谈,记录离职原因。
· Monthly completion rate analysis report.
每月完成离职率分析报告。
Replacement and Temporary Mission

· Perform other related duties and special projects asassigned by superiors.
执行上级交办的其它相关职责和特殊项目。
· Monitor present and future trends of local laborsituation, legislation and recommends an appropriate action.
监督用工现状以及当地与之相关的法令法规的发展趋向,并以此采取相应的措施。
· Review personnel policies, procedures and practice. Recommend changes, modification or up-datedinformation to the Talent & Culture Manager.
研究有关人事方面的政策规定以及相关操作程序与惯例。如有改动、变更或最新规定,及时向人才与文化经理汇报。

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reportedimmediately and rectified.
确保所有潜在和实际危害立即报告并纠正。
· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergencyprocedures.
充分熟悉部门消防及紧急预案程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed,implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and talents.
确保对所有紧急程序进行演练,保证客人及人才安全。
· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of allwithin the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence toexisting laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of allintellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere toAccorHotels Internet and Email policy.
确保所有的知识产权和信息的保密性和安全性,包括资料的存放和电子数据的存储。要遵守雅高酒店集团互联网和电子邮件的政策。
· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent informationor transactions are kept confidential during or after employmentwith the company.
