As Spa Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: The Spa Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa and fitness staff and functions when Spa Director is not present.  In addition the direct functionality of the Spa Manager is to maintain all Operating aspects of the Spa and Fitness facility. As Spa Manager we expect from you:  Work with a highly professional and friendly business attitude, fulfill all the responsibilities and obligations required by the position, as well as the tasks assigned by the spa director Assist in completing all operational training work Regularly check the physiotherapy programs and standard operating procedures performed by the physiotherapists together with the spa director Provide training to hotel staff on Spa, including our special Spa philosophy Handle guest complaints and, when necessary, handle the work at the front desk All physiotherapy treatments are evaluated and reviewed weekly Professional qualifications in beauty or physiotherapy At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the spa industry, including at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in the hotel spa industry One must have good mathematical thinking, technical ability and Spa knowledge To understand the latest trends in the Spa industry It is best to have professional computer knowledge in the Spa industry, such as Spa operation software One must be able to master basic computer knowledge.
