As Spa Operation Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties: The Spa Operations Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa concierge and spa attendant functions. As Spa Operation Supervisor we expect from you:  University or post-graduate diploma is required          Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish allmajor responsibilities and tasks.    Must be self-motivated Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure. 1. 专业理疗服务提供熟练掌握并执行各类按摩疗法及身体护理。根据客户需求和评估结果，提供安全、专业、符合标准的理疗服务。准确记录客户的理疗偏好、健康状况及服务历史，确保服务的连续性与个性化。2. 客户咨询与方案定制在服务前与客户进行细致沟通，了解其健康状况、需求、禁忌及期望效果。基于咨询结果，为客户推荐并解释合适的理疗项目或套餐，制定个性化护理方案。清晰告知客户理疗流程、预期效果及后续注意事项。3. 护理室准备与维护确保理疗室在每位客户使用前整洁、安静、氛围适宜，设备齐全且功能正常。严格遵守卫生与消毒规程，对所有工具、设备、床单及表面进行彻底清洁消毒。按照标准高效管理理疗用品、精油及耗材，及时补充并报告短缺。4. 健康安全与合规操作始终遵守行业卫生标准、安全法规及水疗中心的运营政策。识别客户可能存在的健康风险或禁忌症，在必要时建议其咨询医生或调整服务。确保所有操作均符合职业规范，保护客户隐私，并提供安全的理疗环境。5. 产品知识推广与销售支持深入了解水疗中心使用的产品线（如精油、护肤品），并能向客户说明其成分与功效。根据客户护理需求，专业、适度地推荐适合的家用护理产品或疗程套餐。协助达成水疗中心的销售与服务目标。6. 客户关系与体验管理提供友好、体贴、专业的全程服务，营造放松信任的氛围。主动关注客户反馈，及时回应服务过程中的需求与疑虑。致力于提升客户满意度，鼓励客户重复消费并建立长期关系。7. 团队协作与行政管理与前台、预订部及其他理疗师保持良好沟通，确保服务衔接顺畅。准时出席班次，参加必要的培训、会议及技能提升课程。准确完成服务记录、客户档案更新等日常行政工作。

任职要求： 1、具有大专以上学历或同等文化程度；  2、3年以上从事温泉SPA同职位管理经验，国际SPA会所工作经验者优先；  3、熟悉预防医学、芳香理疗、美容、中医养生、温泉SPA文化和健康基础知识；  4、具有一定的组织、管理能力，能够调动下属的工作积极性；策划各种理疗流程管理能力；善于协调部门与部门内部的人际关系；  5、掌握理疗设施设备质量标准，并具有对设施设备进行检查、调试、清洁的能力。 6、熟练掌握美容、美体、理疗流程管理的操作能力，具有判断客人身体面诊情况的专业能力。 7、在悦榕庄、柏联、阿丽拉等度假酒店有SPA工作经验优先考虑。 7、同步招聘SPA经理、主管以及技师团队。 工作地点：浙江武义   笙美武义温泉度假酒店 筹备酒店，拥有10000平米的温泉区域。
