    工作职责:Position Statement This role is responsible for managing a team of Cluster Revenue Managers/Revenue Specialists that support hotels across the Asia Pacific region, as well as directly managing revenue operations for pipeline hotels in the region. The focus of this role is to drive continued development and growth of customer service standards, as well as revenue and profits. This role is expected to engage and develop team member whilst driving commercial performance for the portfolio by providing direction and offering feedback on performance. You will report into the Director, Business Development RMCC APAC. What will I be doing? As the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager – Project, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Revenue management: • Ensure all Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures are followed to capitalize and maximize revenue potential.• Utilize systems, tools and reports in the prescribed way to ensure all revenue management decisions are supported with relevant data analysis.• Works effectively with RMCC Team members, corporate team members, i.e., RDR, RCD, Hotels (GMs, CDs, GC&E and on property revenue coordinator), sales, marketing, and e-commerce to build trusting relationships and ensure incremental financial and revenue management performance (RevPAR, RGI, EBITDA).People Management: • Effectively manages the team and provides training and coaching to current and new Team Members to improve performance and to meet the current and future needs of the business.• Encourage the talent development and create succession plan, and address performance issues in a supportive, timely manner.Project Management: • Take end-to-end accountability for projects that drive revenue, efficiency, and operational excellence.• Overview on the project design, preparation, guidelines, and facilitate review calls with global/regional/ hotels team.• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.• Responsible for project training plan, including (but not limited to) hotel facing training documentation, and internal process related training. • Leverage automation tools and solutions to improve work efficiency. • Drive change management and communication processes with focus on key commercial initiatives. • The role will need to manage stakeholders at all levels and on multiple project work streams.• Help run project review meeting to include progress and status reports on a timely basis.• Ensure determined project delivery methodology and standard practices are being followed through.Telling the Story and Present: • Consolidate information into presentations and supporting materials.• Be able to craft and tell a business case through presentations and meetings• Be able to build the story coherently and collaboratively, applying stakeholders’ interviews, available data, and present recommended best paths forward任职资格:​​What are we looking for?A Senior Cluster Revenue Manager – Project, RMCC APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.     【岗位职责】 1、负责对清洁外包方进行监督; 2、负责每月对保洁、绿化、消杀外包方进行评估; 3、负责对小区公共区域及设施的保洁抽查; 4、负责组织服务中心的四害消杀工作及对四害外包方进行监督; 5、对清洁、绿化服务供方进行月度、年度评估,并提交评估分析报告; 6、坚持每天巡视小区两次,现场督导保洁工作; 7、每天对绿化、清洁工作落实完成情况进行考核; 8、保洁工作的现场管理,及时了解保洁员的思想动态,解决疑难问题; 9、负责与绿化、清洁外包方就有关事项进行沟通、协商,及时处理工作中的各种问题; 10、负责与绿化、清洁人员对接绿化养护及清洁工作,监督工作质量,进行业务巡查,落实执行情况,并定期评估其质量; 11、负责每月本业务块工作计划及培训计划的拟定实施。
