What will I be doing?
As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for growing company’s business on an emerging platform. You are responsible for business planning, daily operation, hotel/products management, performance optimization and marketing campaigns on the platform.
· Manage and strengthen the relationship with the platform
· Develop business growth strategy on platform and eco-system to achieve the business goals based on market trends and corporate business strategy.
· Develop and carry out the content strategy and plan to maximize store revenue, including calendar room and other products.
· Work with Loyalty team and Technology team to develop the Hilton Honors member related functions and achieve the member related targets.
· Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and MECC teams to develop strategies for regional campaigns and implement with relevant teams and agencies.
· Overall manage the store, including products, content, live streaming, promotions, media, partnership, and other daily operations to achieve the business targets.
· Define, analyze, track results and interpret success levels against a defined set of key ecommerce performance metrics.
· Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, projections, and reviews on all key performance metrics.
· Introduce industry best practices, standards, and innovation. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities.

What are we looking for?
An ecommerce Manager, has strong understanding of China Digital and e-commerce ecosystem. He/she should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed.:
· Minimum Education: Bachelor or above
· Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ years
· Minimum Years of Management Experience: (if applicable) NA
· Any Licenses or Certificates Required: (if applicable) NA
· Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.):
o Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience
o Understanding of ecommerce channels, especially social-commerce channels
o Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
o Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
o Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
o Effective communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
o Proficiency with MSOffice Suite
· Preferred Qualifications
o 6+ years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience
o Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry
o Marketing or working experience with relevant internet companies
