岗位职责 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 岗位要求 1、初中以上学历。 2、退伍军人优先，有监控工作经验优先。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

安全部文员

【岗位职责】 1、酒店安全设备的可靠运行和所有安全系统性能的有效发挥； 2、根据酒店的 “月度检查项目清单” 标准进行安全系统检查； 3、保存所有安全系统设备（包括电梯及扶梯）的测试、维修和保养记录； 4、熟练掌握消防监控中心的设备操作技能，并对监控中心人员进行培训，使其能够熟练操作监控中心的设备； 5、应保证所有员工都接受过安全培训，并在出现紧急情况时做出正确的反应，提高酒店所有员工的安全意识； 6、保证对“应急小组”进行高标准的培训，培训应包括所有消防设施的使用； 安排城市消防局参与培训和防火演习，保证按照集团规定的指导方针进行消防演习（包括疏散演习），就安全工作及安全措施（包括消防演习）提出改进建议，保存所有培训、消防演习和改进建议的记录； 7、应与政府有关部门及专业顾问人员对所采取的新措施进行检查，保证这些措施符合当地的法律法规。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉所有机器设备的使用方法； 2、具备独立完成工作的能力和良好的人际关系； 3、了解危险物品知识，能够对危险源的识别有更高的认识从而保护员工利益； 4、具备建设、领导和管理一个团队的能力； 5、至少3年消防工程或消防安全工作管理经验。
