    Job Summary岗位概述: Manages the Learning & Development function of the Hotel bydeveloping the strategy aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives.Promotes the desired work culture around the J Hotel. Promotes the desired workculture. Develop and maintain training resources, implement hotel learningsystems, and promote the development and improvement of the learning anddevelopment system. Committed to thehotel quality plan, ensuring that the quality supervision plan is issued to alldepartments before the hotel opens. Conduct training needs. Analyze for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs. 管理和更新员工培训档案,酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件. 进行培训需求调查,为管理层及主管员工分析并决定提供培训需求。 b)      To improve staff performance through training which create staff loyalty and commitment. 通过培训,提高员工的工作质量,因此激发员工敬业爱岗之情 2.     FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 财务职责 a)      Prepares the Learning & Development budget. 筹备人才发展部门预算。 b)      Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, Learning & Development costs to ensure performance against budget 持续控制、分析人才发展部门的成本以确保部门按照预算运行。 c)      Contributes to the preparation of the hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plans and Goals Program. 协助筹备酒店战略计划、市场营销计划和目标计划。 3.     Manage training and development 管理培训和发展职责 a)      Prepare unit/outlet performance reports. 准备工作表现报告。 b)      Coordinate work operations within the department/unit/outlet. 协调部门内部工作 c)      Develop performance standards for operations in the department/unit/outlet. 建立部门内部工作表现标准。 d)      Assess work operations and prepare training on a regular basis. 定期进行培训需求分析和店内培训。 e)      Develop tools and systems to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives. 制订工具和体系保证培训和发展计划达到饭店目标。 f)       Develop methods for evaluating cost-effectiveness of training programs. 制订方法对培训项目的成本效益进行评估。 g)      Ensure that training and development are integrated into business plans and budgets, and targeted goals are 服务文化培训职责 a)      Keep records of each individual associate on every training he/she attended of the hotel. 保存每位员工的参加培训记录。 b)      Design and maintain hotel training records on a regular basis. 定期制订并保存饭店培训记录。 c)      Maintain up-to-date associate records. 保存最新员工记录。 d)      Manage the planning and delivery of orientation programs. 计划及实施入职培训计划。 e)      Manage the completion of monthly and ongoing training reports. 管理完成每月及正在进行的培训报告。 f)       Provide information as required regarding training records and attendance. 根据需要提供培训记录及出勤情况的相关信息。 6.      DEPARTMENTAL TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES 部门培训系统职责 a)      Update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information. 更新培训告示栏上所有关于饭店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息。 b)      Assist all departmental trainers if necessary with their training. 必要时协助所有部门训导师的培训。 c)      Take part in the preparation and planning of department/unit/outlet goals and objectives. 参与准备和计划部门目标。 7.      CORPORATE CULTURE organizing "Employee  Voice" surveys,  encourage employees to participate in surveys, and train department managers and supervisors on how to conduct survey feedback meetings. heads. 组织奖励及证书计划。 b)      Coordinate cross-training among departments. 协调部门间交叉培训。 c)      Facilitate multi-skilling. 促进多技能培训。 9.      OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES职业健康和安全职责 a)      Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same. 展现对职业健康和安全的政策与流程的关注意识,确保所有流程按照职业健康和安全的指南安全操作,确保直属管辖人也同样按照此标准操作。 b)      Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
