Assist with the smooth running of the Spa by providing a high standardof professional, efficient and quality service to all members, hotel guests andDay Spa guests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Daily Management and Training日常管理和训练
· Follow the Spa operating procedures are adhered to andprovide feedback to the Spa manager in order to fine tune the standards whereapplicable.
按照水疗中心操作步骤工作,并向水疗经理提供反馈意见,从而适当地微调相关标准。
· Promote and sell all aspects of the Spa, Health &Wellbeing Memberships, Spa packages and treatments, merchandising and retailbranded lines, personal training etc.
全面推销水疗产品及服务,健身和水疗会籍、水疗套餐及护理、推销规划和零售品牌产品系列,私人训练等。
· Oversee the Spa caféand serve food and drinks as required.
管理水疗中心咖啡室,按照要求供应食物和饮料。
· Achieve the daily targets for retail productsales and discuss with the Spa Manager on adaily/weekly basis.
完成零售产品销售的日常目标,每天/每周与川水疗经理加以讨论。
· Ensure all treatment bookings are enteredin to the Spa Software system. All membership and fitness bookings must also becontrolled via the Spa Reception.
确保把所有疗程预订输入水疗中心软件系统。必须透过水疗中心接待处控制所有会籍和健身预订。
· Apply upsellingtechniques to achieve personal training target.
应用一切换售促销技能达到私人训练销售目标。
· Ensure all treatment clients complete a Lifestyle Registration sheet and a Find your ElementQuestionnaire.
确保所有客户完成生活模式登记表和寻找五行问卷的填写。
· Assist with all ordering and stock taking.
协助所有盘点存货和订购的程序。
· Handle all telephone enquiries in aprofessional and courteous manner.

· Ensure you have sufficient knowledge to assistclients regarding treatment bookings and purchasing retail products.

· Complete regular training with the Spa manager on the treatment menu and retail product knowledge witheach session entered on their training record.

· Be fully aware of the daily treatment/fitnessbooking schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with anychanges throughout the day.

· Ensure that takebreak at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception.

· Process all clientbills accurately and adhere to the cash handling.

· Enforce the guest registration policy to ensure all members, hotel guests or Spa & Health Club guests using the fitness and wet facilities have signed in upon arrival.
实行客人登记政策,确保所有使用健身和湿区设施的会员、酒店客人或水疗与健身中心客人抵达后先行登记。
· Assist the Spa Manager in achieving monthly and year-end budgets for the Spa and Health ClubMembership levels.
协助水疗经理完成水疗与健身中心会籍水平的范畴,完成每月和年终预算。
· Ensure all guest service brand standards, guestgreeting/farewell, use of guest name,Elemental Teas etc. are used in order toachieve the highest level of service.

· Tour prospective members around the Spa & Health Club in accordance with the businessrequirements.

· Ensure the retail products and merchandisingitems are stocked and displayed throughout the Spa &Health Club.
在水疗与健身中心各处储存和展示零售产品和推销规划商品。
Communication沟通
· Maintain clearlines of communication with the Spa manager and other key departmentswithin the Hotel and Spa.
与水疗经理、酒店其他主要部门以及水疗中心内部维持清晰的沟通脉络。
· Attend HotelMeetings as required.
按照需要,出席酒店各类型会议。
· Complete adetailed handover at the end of each shift either verbally or via the handoverdiary.

· Attend the Spa & Health Club daily briefing as required.
按照需要,出席水疗与健身中心每日晨会。

· Keep up to datewith the industry best practices and latest treatments/services in the marketplace.

Human Resource Development人力资源发展
· Participate in tradetests for Therapist2nd interviews if required (treatment model only).

· Report for dutypunctually and wear the correct uniform and name badge.

· Ensure the timelycompletion of seasonal sales products for the hotel, including but not limitedto New Year gift boxes, rice dumplings, and mooncakes.

· Comply withattendance policies and follow management's shift arrangements regardingovertime work and leave.

REQUIREMENTS职位要求
Education 教育学历
· University orpost-graduate diploma or equivalent professional leisure/hotel qualification isrequired.
必须具备大学、研究生文凭或相等的休闲/酒店行业专业资格。
Experience 经验
· At least two years workingexperience in a Hotel, Spa or Club Reception role.
至少拥有两年在酒店、水疗中心或健身会所接待处工作的经验。
