3. Keepingan eye on the various departments within the extent of the competency.
了解并熟悉所管辖区域的各部门控制对象情况。
4. Examiningand ensuring the correct implementation of the security scheme of the hotelwithin the extent of responsibility.
检查并确保酒店安全方案在本职责任区的正确实施。
5. Veryfamiliar with concerning law of the government and concerning regulations andpolicies of the hotel.
必须十分了解并熟悉政府的有关法律,以及酒店的有关规定及政策。
6. Patrolsand observes the movements in all of our hotel areas to reduce the crime.
经常巡视酒店所有区域,以减少犯罪和违法行为。
7. Organizingand arranging the necessary training of the staff in Security Department.
组织并安排对本部门人员进行必要的培训及训练。
8. Havingnew staff trained in law to improve their awareness of obeying various laws,rules, and regulations of the state and various security rules and regulationsof the hotel as well.
对新进员工进行安全法制培训,提高他们遵守国家各项法令、法规及酒店各项安全制度的自觉性。
9. Monitorambassador attendance and assist in planning work schedules.
监督员工出勤情况并且协助制定工作计划。
10. Arrangethe checklist of the staff on duty. Ensure the responsibilities andrequirements what security staff on duty should follow and instruct andmonitor. As to some excellent staff, give him praise.
安排值班员工的名单,传达值班保安人员的责任和要求。指导和监督当班保安人员。对于那些比较优秀的员工,要及时给予表扬。
11. Arrange stations and work for guards as per thestandard required by department head.
根据部门工作要求,安排保安员具体岗位和工作。
12. Handleconcerned questions in security staff report.
处理保安员报告的有关问题。
13. Checkand monitor staff job performance.
监督、检查队员的工作表现。
14. AssistSecurity Manager to prepare various monthly reports as required by Managementof the Hotel.

15. Beaware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments’responsibility in an emergency.
掌握消防服务及应急程序,以及本部门在紧急情况下应承担的责任。
16. Tohandle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner andto establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests ofthe Hotel.
有效地处理解决所有客人的质疑和投诉,并与酒店所有的宾客建立友好关系。
17. Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & securityofficers as they record them during their patrols
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
18. Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving thebuilding. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assetsbeing removed from the hotel without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵守酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
19. Be familiar withcurrent first aid and fire emergency procedures and ensure all Securityassociates are ready to respond as per established procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施,确保每一位保安部员工都能训练掌握酒店的既定工作程序。
20. Ensure a member of the department is in attendance at all safety &security related incidents within the hotel. Review reports submitted andconduct a follow up investigation to uncover how the accident/incidentoccurred, the person(s) responsible (taking necessary further action) and howthis can be prevented in the future.
确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告,开展调查工作以找出事件的起因,责任人(采取必要的措施),并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生。
21. Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety and securitypractices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is notobstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinklerheads is sufficient etc.
对酒店进行随机检查,以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行,如防火门的通畅,水龙带门前无设备堆放,各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。
22. Carry out random checks to ensure master keys which have been issued areall accounted for and in the possession of the staff who have acceptedresponsibility for them.
随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。
23. Maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevantbusiness documentation.
保存各类文件、报告、信件、备忘录及其他相关业务资料。
24. assist departments to establish good working relations with PSB , andactively communicate and cooperate in their work.
