Supervise and guide the operations of the department to ensure proper execution of patrol duties and the safety of guests and colleagues. Responsible for inspecting the serviceability of firefighting and safety equipment (such as portable chemical fire extinguishers, etc.). Ensure a department member participates in handling security-related incidents within the hotel. Review and develop standardized operating procedures within the department. Resolve guest complaints using appropriate methods. Establish friendly, trusting, and satisfactory guest relationships through effective communication.
