一、 岗位概述 （1）岗位名称：总工程师 （2）所属部门：工程投资管理中心运维组 （3）岗位核心：全面负责酒店所有设施设备的正常运行、维护保养、能源管理，确保为客人和员工提供一个安全、舒适、高效、环保的酒店环境，同时有效控制运营成本。 二、 主要岗位职责 （1）全面管理与运营： 1.制定和执行工程部的年度、季度、月度设施设备维修保养工作计划。 2.配合上级领导管理工程团队（包括强弱电、强电、暖通、给排水、装修、电梯等专业技工），进行任务分配、绩效考核和团队建设。 3.建立和完善酒店所有设备设施的档案、运行规程、维护保养标准和应急预案。 （2）设施设备维护： 1.确保酒店核心系统（如：变配电、发电机组、中央空调、锅炉、消防、安防、电梯、给排水、厨房、洗衣房设备等）的7x24小时安全、稳定、高效运行。 2.监督和执行预防性维修计划，减少设备故障率，延长设备使用寿命。 3.快速响应和处理各类紧急报修和突发事件（如停电、漏水、电梯困人等）。 （3）能源与成本控制： 1.负责酒店的能源管理（水、电、燃气等），分析能耗数据，提出并实施节能降耗方案，达成酒店的节能目标。 （4）安全与合规： 1.确保酒店所有工程操作和设施设备符合国家及地方的消防、安全、环保等法律法规和行业标准。 2.作为酒店安全管理委员会的核心成员，负责工程相关的安全培训和演练。 三、 任职资格要求 1. 硬性条件与资质： （1）学历： 全日制大专及以上学历，电气工程、暖通空调、机械工程、自动化、建筑设备等相关专业。 （2）经验： 至少5年高端酒店或大型商业综合体工程管理经验，及5年以上同等职位经验。 （3）证书： 持有高压/低压电工操作证、电工进网作业许可证等必备特种作业证书。持有注册电气工程师专业资格证书者优先。 （4）年龄： 通常要求在35-45岁之间，具备成熟稳重的管理风格和丰富的现场经验。 2. 专业知识与技能： （1）精通酒店核心系统： 深刻理解并能够指导处理酒店的强弱电系统、HVAC系统、给排水系统、消防报警系统、楼宇自控系统（BAS）、电梯系统等。 （2）熟练的电脑技能： 熟练使用AutoCAD看图/制图，精通Office办公软件者优先。 3. 核心能力与素质： （1）卓越的领导力与团队管理能力： 能够激励和培养一支多元化的技术团队，营造积极向上的工作氛围。 （2）强大的沟通协调能力： 能够清晰、有效地与上级领导、其他部门负责人、员工及外部单位进行沟通协调。 （3）出色的解决问题能力： 具备在高压下快速分析复杂技术问题、制定有效解决方案并果断决策的能力。 （4）强烈的服务意识与客户导向： 始终将客人和一线运营部门的需求放在首位，支持酒店的优质服务。 （5）高度的责任心与敬业精神： 工作严谨细致，原则性强，能承受高强度的工作压力，并能在非工作时间应对紧急情况。 （6）前瞻性与创新思维： 关注行业新技术、新设备（如智能化、绿色建筑技术），并愿意将其应用于酒店以提升效率和宾客体验。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店工程安保部门的日常运营和管理，确保酒店设施设备安全、高效运行 2、制定并执行酒店工程维护计划，定期检查、保养和维修各类设备 3、统筹管理酒店安保工作，包括消防安全、监控系统、门禁管理等 4、处理突发设备故障及安全事件，及时采取应急措施并做好记录 5、负责部门员工的工作安排、培训及绩效考核 6、控制工程维修成本，合理采购设备配件及耗材 7、配合其他部门完成相关活动保障工作 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度；三年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。 3、能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。

工作职责： Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost－effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment. 有效地管理酒店的建筑，室外地面和设施的维护保养，并确保所有设备有效安全的运转。 1.Organizes and administers the Engineering Department, ensuring that effective work control and productivity are maintained, whilst using every means to increase productivity and reduce costs.
