【岗位职责】
1.Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and
contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation
of all plant and equipment. This position is concerned with assisting in the supervision
of all repair and maintenance and new installations. Ensuring the safety
operation in the hotel. To effectively communicate and solve the
questions guest encountered.

2. Knowledge of hotel both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
