To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

To review Events files to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, Events set up and themes, contractual agreements, etc.

To ensure that all credit and collection procedures established by the hotel credit policies and procedures are implemented.
