1、向市场销售总监报告工作,参与各种宴会销售活动,协助保持高销售水平。
2、通过与客户的沟通,并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
3、确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
4、协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
5、协助酒店市场战略的制订。
6、具有五年以上酒店销售相关工作经验,从事过基层工作。
7、具有较强的社会活动能力、应变能力及判断能力,熟悉本职工作,掌握一定销售专业知识,能引导下级人才工作。
8、具有一定语言文字能力,并能熟练运用一门外语进行业务活动。
9、掌握一定宴会销售的技能、技巧知识,并具有较强的实践经验,以及积极的工作态度。
10、充分、正确地使用Delphi, Opera等所有相关系统和线上工具。
1、Report to DOSM about the task; take part in banquet sales campaign, assisting to keep the high sales level.
2、Establish strong cooperative and business partner relationship with the local client through communications.
3、Ensure to achieve business goals through making revenue and expense balance.
4、Assist hotel to develop and promote new product and service.
5、Assist hotel to make market strategies.
6、Have more than five years work experiences about sales in hotel, should be engaged in basic level job.
7、Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt to changes, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide the subordinate work.
8、Have the ability of language and can use a foreign language to do operation.
9、Mastering the knowledge of banquet sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
10、To fully and correctly use Delphi, Opera and all related systems and online tools.
