Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. Assist Cafeteria Kitchen Supervisor to be responsible and in charge of preparing a variety of food for associates in the staff cafeteria. Replace any commis during their absence.
协助员工餐厅主管负责并准备员工餐厅的食品。在其他厨师不在的情况下可以取代其工作。
2. Follow the guidance of supervisor to ensure that the services of the department are delivered to internal customers with the aim of exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with JW standards and procedures. Deliver a positive commitment to continuous improvement of product and performance.
遵循主管的指导确保员工餐厅的服务符合JW品牌的标准和程序,呈现到给内部员工时超过他们的期望。为提高餐厅菜品的质量和服务提供持续性的承诺。
3. Assign duties to reporting commis. Constantly checking and inspecting for freshness with compliance of FSQM standards.
分配每天的职责给员工。不断地检查餐厅的卫生以达到FSQM的标准。
4. Inspect method of food preparation and cooking in all areas, ensuring operation safety.
检查所有区域里食物准备和烹饪方式,确保操作安全。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1. 3 to 5 years culinary experience within 5 star hotel and or restaurant equivalent.
在5星级的酒店或者相关的餐厅里有3至5年的厨房经验。
2. People building relationship
良好的人际关系
3. Effective decision-making skills
