确定并履行度假村数字化及电子商务业务的运营,以支持度假村达到整体业务目标。
Define and execute the resort's digitalization and e-commerce operations to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
负责度假村数字化战略的制定和落实,旨在高效触达,跨直销、分销渠道,跨付费、社交及自由媒体的受众群。
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the resort's digital strategy, aimed at effectively reaching audiences across direct sales and distribution channels, as well as paid, social, and owned media.
在第三方渠道方面,工作主要覆盖对于在OTA及类似在线渠道的开发与合作。
Regarding third-party channels, the role primarily focuses on developing and collaborating with OTAs and similar online organizations.
保持对于营销以及所在市场环境的全面理解与知识储备,并传递给相关的部门及团队。
Maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the marketing environment and the local market landscape, and communicate relevant insights to applicable departments and teams.
协同集团支持中心相关措施,度假村所指定和履行的分销及数字营销相关的战略及实践,需致力于提升系统贡献率指标。
In collaboration with Group Support Center initiatives, the resort's designated and executed distribution and digital marketing strategies and practices should strive to enhance system contribution metrics.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
策划、执行、优化数字营销活动,通过数字渠道提高品牌和度假村知名度,实现各数字渠道指标。
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on a timely basis to enhance brand and resort awareness through digital channels and achieve the goal of each channel.
清楚地了解OTA等线上商城的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
Clearly understand the OTA and other digital channels sales targets for his/her area of responsibility, breaking them down into weekly, monthly, and yearly targets as outlined in the sales plan.
同集团共同维护与运营线上销售平台,包括但不限于携程、美团、飞猪、Booking.com、Agoda、Expedia、抖音等。
Work jointly with the group to maintain and operate online sales platforms, including but not limited to Ctrip, Meituan, Fliggy, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Douyin, etc.
与收益和市场团队密切合作,优化数字渠道表现。
Work closely with the revenue and marketing teams to optimize digital channel performance.
与集团数字分销及线上营销部门保持紧密联系,积极回应与支持集团线上营销推广活动。
Maintain close collaboration with Group's digital distribution and online marketing departments to actively respond to and support the execution of group-wide online marketing campaigns.
同客户保持良好的商业关系。
Maintain good business relationships with all partners/clients.
利用数字营销举措,授权数字渠道来实现目标。
Leverage digital marketing initiatives to empower digital channels in achieving their goals.
定期根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities within the assigned market segment.
线上市场进行逐周、月和季度分析包括:各个市场渠道的表现,回报结果分析,以实现最大化提高各个市场渠道的推广效果。
To provide weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels, along with return on investment statistics. Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channels based on these results.
与度假村运作部门沟通,以确保所有促销内容的准确性及合理性。
Liaise with resort operations teams on implementation of offers. Ensure offers are properly tagged and are being tracked.
积极寻求线上平台销售增长的方式及渠道,包括但不限于直播、带货达人或媒体的推广等方式开发新的数字渠道,以增加来自潜在目标市场的收入。
Proactively explore methods and channels to boost online platform sales, including but not limited to livestreaming, promotions by influencers or media, etc.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
35 周岁及以下,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding
candidates.
大专及以上学历。
Education Requirements: College degree or above.
具备市场传讯相关岗位工作经验1年及以上。
At least 1 years of relevant work experience
对数字生态有较好的认识和理解。特别是从流量到转化的全过程。
Strong understanding and knowledge of the digital ecosystem, particularly the end-to-end process from traffic generation to conversion.
具有整合营销(数字化、社交、公共关系、转化)的经验。
Experience in integrated marketing, including digital, social media, public relations, and conversion strategies.
具备跨部门协同的能力和经验。
Ability and experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
