【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常物资的采购工作，包括食品、饮料、客房用品、清洁用品等，确保采购物品的质量和数量符合酒店标准 2、制定并执行采购计划，优化采购流程，控制采购成本，提高采购效率 3、与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系，定期评估供应商的表现，确保供货的稳定性和及时性 4、跟踪市场行情，了解价格波动趋势，及时调整采购策略，确保采购成本最优 5、负责采购合同的谈判、签订及执行，确保合同条款符合酒店利益 6、协调仓储部门，确保库存合理，避免物资积压或短缺 7、处理采购过程中的突发问题，如供货延迟、质量问题等，确保酒店运营不受影响 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的市场分析能力和谈判技巧，能够独立完成采购任务 2、熟悉采购流程及供应链管理，了解酒店行业采购特点者优先 3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与各部门有效配合 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力 5、具备基本的财务知识，能够进行成本核算和预算控制 6、熟练使用办公软件，如Excel、Word等，具备数据处理能力

工作职责： 1. 负责采购计划的制定与执行，统筹管理供应商开发、评估、考核及关系维护工作； 2. 组织实施物资采购招标、比价、议价及合同签订，确保采购成本合理、交付及时、质量达标； 3. 监督采购全流程合规性，落实采购台账管理、单据审核及付款流程协同，保障账实相符、流程可溯； 4. 协同仓储、质检、财务等部门，优化供应链响应效率，推动采购降本增效与风险防控机制建设； 5. 指导并培养采购团队成员，组织开展业务培训与绩效管理，提升团队专业能力与协作水平。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，采购管理、物流管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2. 具备3年及以上制造业或流通行业采购实务经验，其中至少1年团队管理或采购统筹经验； 3. 熟悉采购全流程管理及供应链相关法律法规，掌握常用办公软件及ERP系统操作； 4. 具备良好的谈判能力、成本意识、风险识别能力及跨部门沟通协调能力； 5. 遵守职业操守，无违法违规记录，认同企业价值观，能恪守商业保密义务。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively.
