主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:全面了解每日疗程预订信息,随时了解任何更新变动。To be fully aware of the daily treatment booking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughout the day.遵守标准理疗房间的布置和水疗之旅套餐的房间布置。Follow the standard treatment room set up and spa journey.按照在水疗系统中所预订的时间/疗程房间进行准备和为客人服务。Commence your bookings at the specified time / treatment room reserved in the system.确保所有疗程合乎品牌标准;包括称呼客人的姓名、客人舒适度和疗程后的茶点等,从而达到最高服务标准。Ensure all treatment brand standards; use of Guest name, Guest Comfort, Guest Refreshment etc. is used in order to achieve the highest level of service.完成上级领导指派的其他所有工作。Perform any duties assigned by the Superior that deemed necessary. 能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:具备至少1 年在水疗中心或美容院工作的经验。At least 1 years’ working experience in a Spa or Salon.必须具备高校/中学文凭资格。High School diploma is required.具备CIDESCO、CIBTAC或ITEC 颁发的水疗 / 美容资格为佳Spa / Beauty Qualification in CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC are desirable. 懂得反射治疗、深度肌肉按摩、泰式和香熏按摩为佳。Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy are desirable.
