岗位职责(通用)
部门基础工作支持协助各部门正式员工完成日常运营任务(如前台接待、客房清洁、餐饮服务、厨房食材准备等)。
厨房实习生需特别协助厨师团队进行食材处理、厨具清洁、菜品装盘等基础工作,遵守食品安全规范。
宾客服务协助以热情专业的态度协助接待宾客,提供信息咨询、指引等服务,提升宾客体验。学习与反馈主动学习岗位知识与技能,参与酒店组织的培训及实操演练。及时反馈工作中发现的问题,协助优化流程。合规与团队协作遵守酒店规章制度及万豪品牌标准,确保服务质量与安全。与团队成员密切配合,共同完成部门目标。岗位要求
学历与专业在校大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、烹饪餐饮、市场营销等相关专业优先。
非相关专业但对酒店行业有强烈兴趣者亦可申请。
能力与态度沟通能力良好,普通话流利(英语或潮汕话能力者优先)。工作积极主动,有责任心,具备良好的团队合作精神与抗压能力。厨房岗位需持有健康证(或入职前可办理),对烹饪有兴趣,能适应厨房高强度工作环境。时间要求每周可实习3-5 天,需连续实习6 个月及以上(长期实习优先)。能适应轮班制(含早班、晚班、节假日值班)。我们期待这样的你

Job Responsibilities (General)
Departmental Operational SupportAssist full-time staff with daily operations (e.g., front desk reception, housekeeping, food & beverage service, kitchen ingredient preparation).
Kitchen interns: Specifically assist the culinary team with ingredient processing, kitchenware cleaning, dish plating, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Guest Service AssistanceAssist in receiving guests with a warm and professional attitude, providing information consultation, guidance, and enhancing the guest experience.
Learning and FeedbackProactively learn job-related knowledge and skills, and participate in hotel-organized training and practical drills.
Timely report issues identified in daily work and assist in optimizing procedures.
Compliance and Team CollaborationAdhere to hotel regulations and Marriott brand standards to ensure service quality and safety.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Job Requirements
Education and MajorCurrently enrolled in a college or university (junior college or above), with majors in hotel management, tourism management, culinary arts, marketing, etc., preferred.
Non-related majors are welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
Skills and AttitudeGood communication skills, fluent in Mandarin (English or Chaoshan dialect proficiency is a plus).
Proactive, responsible, and possess strong teamwork and stress-management abilities.
Kitchen positions require a health certificate (or ability to obtain one before employment), interest in cooking, and ability to adapt to high-intensity kitchen environments.
Time CommitmentAvailable to intern 3-5 days per week for at least 6 consecutive months (long-term internships preferred).
Able to work rotating shifts (including morning, evening, and holiday shifts).
