按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和咨询
检查处理日常预定工作
记录所有新进的预订
记录并处理团队预订
处理取消,更改预订(诸如:延住和提早离开等等)
调查并处理预订未到预订
调查并处理预订未到预订
按照酒店标准保持高水准的电话应答技巧
与客户及其他部门合作,做好预定准备工作
对文档,报告,信函,公文和其他相关业务资料进行有效维护和存档
向客人提供有关酒店服务,活动和观光景点的信息
确保所有客人的需要都被及时回复
确保对酒店产品知识和服务高度的理解以便向客人解释并且销售酒店服务和设施
确保将正确的信息传达致相关的运作部门一以此来保证客人的要求能够实现,达到客人满意
参加部门及酒店要求的各项会议
Job responsibilities:
Handle room reservations and inquiries in accordance with departmental procedures
Check and handle daily scheduled work
Record all new bookings
Record and process group bookings
Handle cancellations, changes to reservations (e.g. late stay, early departure, etc.)
Investigate and process reservations for no-show bookings
Investigate and process reservations for no-show bookings
Maintain a high standard of telephone answering skills in accordance with hotel standards
Work with customers and other departments to prepare for booking
Maintain and file documents, reports, letters, documents and other relevant business information
Provide guests with information about hotel services, activities and attractions
Ensure that all guest requests are answered in a timely manner
Ensure a high level of understanding of hotel product knowledge and services in order to explain and sell hotel services and facilities to guests
Ensure that the correct information is communicated to the relevant operational departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled to guest satisfaction
Attend all meetings required by the department and hotel
