· Prepare report oftraining results.
每次培训后,做好培训记录报表。
· Collates andcompiles hotel training materials.
校对并整理培训资料。
· Assists theLearning & Development Manager develop Learning & Development policiesand procedures.
协助学习与发展经理制作学习与发展制度和程序。
· Assist theLearning & Development Manager in coordinating and executing talent social,athletic and recreational programs and facilities.
协助学习与发展经理组织人才的社交,文体活动。
· Motivate trainees.
调动培训员与人才的积极性。
· Disseminateinformation regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs.
对人才就组织人才活动,酒店人事政策和程序作及时准确地宣传。
· Assist Learning& Development Manager to complete hotel product knowledge test, and sendthe results to all departments.
协助学习与发展经理完成酒店产品知识测试,并将成绩发送各部门。
· Send birthday namelist to departments each month.
每月将过生日人才名单发送各部门。
· Performs otherrelated duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
· Report to theLearning & Development Manager.
直接向学习与发展经理汇报。
· Assists in anyother duties as may be assigned.
协助完成其它任务。
技能要求:
1. 视频剪辑熟练,摄影技术良好
2. 有独立运营视频号、公众号经验优先
3. 在校期间/过往工作中有独立策划、组织活动经验优先
4. 良好的英语基础(至少通过CET4)
