Implement hotel security policies and laws and create security system. Monitor the implementation of the policies and systems. 贯彻执行酒店安全保卫工作的方针、政策和有关法律法规、建立健全各项安全保卫制度、督促、检查各项制度的执行。 2. Develop and approve a contingency plan for all areas of security (i.e. fire, bomb threat, access control, prostitution, etc.). 制定并批准所有安全区域的应急计划(如火灾、炸弹威胁、访问控制、卖淫,等等)。 3. Security staff is supervised and ensures they discharge their duties effectively. 督促安保人员的工作，并确保他们有效履行职责。 4. All surveillance equipment is operated and maintained according to standards. 所有的监视设备都按照标准进行操作和维护 5. Regular security rounds are performed daily within the 24-hour period. 在24小时内每天进行常规的安全巡逻 6. Conduct the training to enhance staffs’ legal and safety awareness, and call their attention on safety work. 加强对酒店员工的法律宣传、教育和培训，从而提高员工的法纪观念和安全意识，并加深对安全保卫工作的重视和认识。 7. Investigate the safety incidents or complaints related to guests and do the proper follow ups. 调查在酒店内发生的安全事故和客人有关安全方面的投诉，并妥善作出处理。 8. Organize regular check on hotel safety equipment, and suggest and monitor to rectification. 定期组织检查酒店的安全和消防设施设备，发现隐患提出整改意见，并督促相关部门及时做出整改。 9. Enhance the management on important spots in the hotel to prevent accidents. 以酒店的要害部位为重点，加强安全管理，完善并落实各类安全防范措施，预防各类安全事故的发生。 10. Enhance hotel inner safety management. 加强酒店内部安全管理，维护好内部秩序。 11. Maintain good job of public security, fire, safety supervision and other government departments 搞好公安、消防、安监等政府部门的协调工作。 12. Train staffs to offer the best service for guests. 培养并组织员工积极为客人提供周到的服务。 13. In charge of hiring, training, testing, praising and publishing the staff from the department. 负责本部门员工的选拔、聘用、教育、培训、考核、奖惩等管理工作。 14. Handle investigation and reports all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local police if necessary. 负责调查和报告有关盗窃、事故、伤害、财产损害、破坏行为以及在必要时由当地警方协助的客人、访客或酒店人员的非法侵入行为。 15. Record and strictly control the issuance of all master keys and other keys within the hotel according to the established key policies and procedures and to report any discrepancy immediately to the General Manager. 根据已制定的关键政策和程序，严格控制酒店内所有主钥匙及其他钥匙的签发，并立即向总经理报告任何差错。 16.
