Reporting into our Greater China& Mongolia Brand Management team, this position supports the Home2 SuitesChina Master License Agreement (MLA) business model partnership, whichrepresents one of our largest and fastest growing portfolios in Asia Pacific.
You will collaborate with SeniorBrand leaders, MLA partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance education,adoption, engagement, and compliance of enterprise and brand initiatives andstandards while executing brand strategies and priorities, driving businessvalue across the product lifecycle, and supporting MLA above-property leadersin utilizing Hilton’s resources to optimize revenue, quality, guestsatisfaction, and brand goals.

The Senior Manager, Home2 Suites ChinaBrand Management is responsible for:
The Senior Manager will support brandmanagement activities for the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand in China, focusingon maintaining brand health, coordinating with operational and functionalteams, facilitating training, managing reports and analysis, overseeingprojects and change initiatives, and implementing enterprise and brandstrategies.
Supporting Strategy
· Ensuring the business has the correctfocus, delivers the right level of profitability, and long-term brand equity. Adapt the brands’ valueproposition, operating model, product – including prototype and programming –to reflect the needs of guests, owners, and operating contexts in the region,while maintaining differentiated swim lanes relative to other Hilton brands andcompetitors.
· SupportsBrand Management leadership in developing short and long-term strategies andpriorities for the brand through an annual planning process, coordinates thedevelopment and approval of the annual program fund budget with agreementacross the various organizations and teams.
· Abilityto think strategically, with the know-how to deliver at the brand, regional,and property level.
Stakeholder Liaison & Support
· Serveas the primary contact for MLA above-property working teams.
· Servesas the main point of escalation through a proven solutions-based mindset andcomfort in navigating difficult discussions, ability to effectively addressissues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactivelyidentify and prevent potential problems; navigate and influence decision makersin a highly matrixed environment; establish and grow strong partnerships andbuild consensus with diverse, cross-functional collaborators globally.

Executing for Results
· Monitorsholistic regional brand health and drives performance against KPIs by liaisingacross the enterprise andwith the MLA partner to develop strategies and tactics for trending portfolio opportunities.
· Developsand leads projectplans against short and long-term strategies. Working closely with various workstreams to ensure timely progress.
· Proactively manages and executesday-to-day activities for enterprise and brand initiatives includinglocalization, implementing change management processes such as development ofresources and facilitation of education and other engagement opportunities to ensure high levelsof adoption.
· Completes timely accountgovernance including reporting, dashboards, meeting facilitation, and analysis.
· Supports the brand in region withcompliance to the terms of their agreement and ensures resolution including good financial standing,properly executing an approved QualityAssurance program, adherence to approved Brand Standards, and areasonable waiver process.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimumqualifications:
· Five (5)+ years of professional experience
· Three (3) + years of hospitality experience, preferably withinthe Chinese market;domestic brand experience a plus
